Excursionist was founded in 2010 by three friends dedicated to sharing North America’s rich history, nature, cuisine, and culture with others.
Identifying a gap in the marketplace for a true luxury-focused destination management company for the United States, Canada, and the Caribbean, they have built an organisation that has geographical breadth across the area and an intense depth of local knowledge in each destination.
They have an extensive and direct network of over 800 local tour guides, drivers, naturalists, scientists, and other experts, and have never worked through middlemen or other DMCs.
They focus on delivering the highest level of customer service, expertise, safety, and customisation possible. Whether travelling as a couple, family, or group — guests live out their passions through exceptional experiences organised by Excursionist.
